We use ESA-based teaching to help students achieve CEFR-defined competencies.
ESA-Based Cognitive Spiral Method
Our teaching method is built on the 'Cognitive Spiral,' a 10-block lesson architecture designed to move students from passive recognition to active production.
This action-oriented approach ensures deep learning and long-term retention.
| Engage | Study | Activate |
|---|---|---|
| Recognition exercises (MCQ) to introduce new concepts. | Construction drills (Scramble, Fill-in) to build grammatical accuracy. | Production missions (Shadowing, Interpreter) to use language spontaneously. |
The Architecture of Fluency
1. The Spark: Deep Encoding
Standard courses rely on passive consumption. Our ESA Cognitive Spiral demands active production. When you struggle to find the right word in a 'construction drill' or forcefully speak during an 'interpreter mission', you aren't just practicing—you are physically forging a new neural pathway. This high-intensity effort creates a memory trace far stronger than simple reading.
2. The Bridge: Intelligent Capture
Here is the critical link often missing in education. Your performance in the lesson isn't lost. The system tracks not just 'correct' or 'incorrect', but the quality of your recall. We capture the specific 'decay rate' of every single concept you encounter.
3. The Anchor: Spaced Repetition Mastery
Memory naturally fades.
This is biology.
Our 'Mastery Engine' predicts exactly when you are about to forget that concept you learned two days ago.
Right at that critical moment, it serves it back to you in your specific 'Daily Review'.
This intervention stops the forgetting curve, snapping the memory back into focus and locking it into long-term storage.
4. The Result: Unconscious Competence
This cycle, Stress (Lesson), Track (Data), and Anchor (Mastery) transforms isolated facts into a fluid network.
You stop translating in your head.
The language becomes a reflex.
All this builds your 'Persona', a living map of your fluency, showing exactly what you know and what is locked in forever.
CEFR Alignment
| Program | CEFR Level | Expected Competency |
|---|---|---|
| 6-Week Intensive | A2 | Can handle basic social, travel, and logistics situations. |
| 3-Month Mastery | B2 | Can interact with fluency and manage professional conflict. |
| Executive Leaders | C1 | Can use language flexibly for professional purposes and grasp implicit meanings. |
